Welcome to the Reserve at Pettit Creek Homeowners Association community page. The Reserve at Pettit Creek community was established in 2006 and consists of 160 homes. Features of the community include a clubhouse, pool, multi-use courts (tennis, pickleball, and basketball), playground, pond and gazebo.
